REFUND POLICY
Results may vary from person to person, & the outcome(s) cannot be guaranteed. After 14 calendar days from package purchased or after initial treatment, these are non-refundable. Therefore, clients are responsible for further treatments needed to achieve desired results as discussed/advised on first treatment/session visit within/by/before 14 days. RC NP NHS does not offer cash refunds on any services, however, credit towards other services/future services will occur.
GIFT CERTIFICATE POLICY
Gift certificates do not expire but cannot be exchanged or redeemed for refund, cash, or gratuities.

CANCELLATION POLICY
RC NP NHS asks that you PLEASE reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before the beginning of your appointment.
There will be a cancel & reschedule fees: $25 same day reschedule fee, $50 same day cancellation fee, $65 NO Call, NO Show, NO text fee.
However, if you reschedule & arrive to appointment within 30 days, this fee, turns into a credit, and will go towards that session/treatment.
Please arrive 10- 15 minutes prior your scheduled appointment to fill out forms.
Your appointment will be held for 15 minutes after scheduled time, then will be automatically cancelled. Unless, there is communication and agreement that the appointment has been rescheduled at another time on the same day.
Late Policy
Arriving late will deprive you of valuable treatment/session time and affect the next client's appointment. PLEASE be considerate and arrive on time or earlier for your appointment. It is truly appreciated. Thank you.

ADA Policy

1-Sufficient parking available, for handicap vans in parking lot
2-One level floor building. Access to lobby is immediate upon entry of building. Elevators are not applicable.
3-Located on the first floor offers one bathroom large enough for a wheelchair/handicap persons
4-Has a water cooler and water bottles available
5- No public telephones are on the premises or in the building. Cell phone is always available with speaker.
6- has fire extinguishers available and two exit doors, one in the entrance and one exit in the back of the suite.
